The VoIP signaling layer of the Cypress network delivers the advanced VoIP and calling features to your desktop, along with premium unified messaging applications. The VoIP signaling layer is comprised of a carrier-grade softswitch, a multimedia communications server and a robust unified messaging platform. These components leverage the predominant VoIP signaling protocols including SIP, H.248 and Media Gateway Control Protocol. All VoIP signaling components are located in geographically diverse data centers to provide redundancy and high availability.
